Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.
Asakusa main store of Que bom! Asakusa, which started selling pre-cooked (except for some items) churrasco ingredients "pre-cozied SET" for mail order and take-out.
～The theme of this year's event will be "Kibon's Taste with Just One Frying Pan" and we will challenge how easily we can reproduce the taste of a restaurant!

先週に引き続き、3月7日（日）もキボン・キッチンカーが味の素スタジアムへ出動します！
ヴェルディのホームゲームです♪

前回は提供速度が上がった分、早々と売り切れてしまう事態になってしまいました。

なるべくお待たせせずにお弁当をお渡しできる工夫はもちろんなのですが、
売り切れを防ぐためにはどうすれば良いのか？
並んでいただいたにも関わらず弁当をお渡しできないという事は何としても避けたい、
狭いキッチンカー内のオペレーションを改善することで解消される問題なのか？
などなど、翌日から議論を重ねました。

その結果、余るぐらい持っていこう！という原始的な方法に立ち返ることになったのでした。
余るほど持っていけば売り切れることも無い、という単純な発想ですが様々なシチュエーションを想定した場合、やはりこの方法が一番説得力があるんですね。
その上、スピードを上げる。

しばらく試行錯誤が続きますが、いつもご愛顧いただいているヴェルディサポーターの皆さん、キボンの成長をどうぞ見守ってください！
