Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.

自家製ソースに一晩漬け込んだ豚バラをオーブンで仮焼きし休ませているところです。
この豚バラは冷ましたあとスライスしタッパーに整然と並べられ冷蔵庫で出陣の時を待ちます。
そうです、これはキッチンカーの仕込みなのでした！

キボンのキッチンカーはスタジアムでの出店を含むと月間3000食前後のお弁当を販売しています。
もう少し多いかもしれません。
その仕込みを浅草本店で行っているのですが、こんな具合にバンバンこなしていかなければ追い付かないんです！
これ以外にもチキン、牛ステーキなどなど結構な量を捌かねばなりません。

実際、手間も時間もかかる作業ですがキボンのお弁当を愛してくださる皆さまを思いながら、今日もガシガシ仕込んでおります！！
