Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.

Risolis（ヒゾーリス）という揚げ物系のブラジル惣菜をキボン新虎通りCORE店で手作りしているのですが、大変好評なためこの度浅草本店向けに増産、先日ハンドキャリーで運び込みディナーでお召し上がりいただけるようになっております！

写真は油で揚げる前の状態なのですが、どんな料理なのかサクッとご説明します。

具は牛挽肉と刻んだ野菜、チーズ。
それをふんわりモチモチに仕上げたホワイトソースの生地で包み、溶き卵にくぐらせパン粉を付けて180℃の油でフライ！

衣の内側のホワイトソースが餡のようになり具と絡まって美味しくいただけます。
もちろん、衣はサクサクなのでその食感もお楽しみください。

先日、お召し上がりいただいたお客様の何気ない一言を聞き洩らしませんでした。
「これ、ご飯と食べたい。」

実はその数日前に試食した日本人スタッフも全く同じことを言っていたのでした。
もちろん、僕も納得。
