A powerful mixed lunch box!

2021.02.16

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.
Asakusa main store of Que bom! Asakusa, which started selling pre-cooked (except for some items) churrasco ingredients "pre-cozied SET" for mail order and take-out.
~The theme of this year's event will be "Kibon's Taste with Just One Frying Pan" and we will challenge how easily we can reproduce the taste of a restaurant!
We have also released a "Comperette Set" that allows you to recreate the Kibon dinner at home, from appetizers to desserts!

In this issue, we introduce popular bento boxes for takeout and delivery...
This mixed lunch box is the most popular item in the kitchen car!

It is truly a meaty lunch box.
Beef rump steak, pork and chicken are each marinated in a homemade sauce and grilled to perfection.
Incidentally, the sauce in which it is marinated is the same as churrasco.
The only difference is in the details, whether it is grilled churrasco or grilled on a hot griddle.
Fatty parts of pork belly and chicken skin take longer to crisp up when grilled from raw, so we cut them from the oven and sizzle them to finish.
It is important to add this kind of effort.

We would really like you to try our freshly grilled churrasco at the restaurant, but for those who can't make it, you can order take-out at the store or order it through our delivery service, "Dazekan" or "menu".

Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa is waiting for you in a corner of Asakusa, an area full of the Edo period (1603-1867), with its famous meat dishes.
