Yesterday, March 7 (Sun.), after loading the ingredients at the Kibon Asakusa main store, Kitchen Car 2 departed for Ajinomoto Stadium, where Verdy's home game was to be held.
We parked in place in front of the main gate at 10:30 a.m. as scheduled and began setting up.

We set about preparing to overcome two problems: not to repeat the same mistake we made last week, when everything was sold out an hour before kickoff, and to eliminate the long lines that were in a sense a specialty of the event.

Orders started coming in around mid-afternoon, and the boxed lunches are coming out well.
They are being processed rapidly, but there is no line!

As expected, the number of customers slowed down around 2:00 p.m., so we adjusted our preparations and were able to reach 3:00 p.m., the time to start taking down the booth, without running out.
There are many uncertain factors such as weather, number of visitors, kick-off time, and peak time differences at that time, but we intend to continue to make improvements for further evolution.
