BBQ Set: Let's grill real grilled chicken♪

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.
Asakusa main store has started mail order and take-out sales of pre-cooked (except for some items) churrasco ingredients "Pre-cozied Set". ~Asakusa main store, which started mail-order and take-out sales of "Pre-Cosiedo Set", a churrasco ingredient (excluding those cooked in a frying pan), and started selling "Que bom!
The BBQ set, which we have been telling you about every day, went on sale yesterday, July 7, although we are still in the process of introducing each ingredient!
Although we are still in the early stages of announcing the product to the public, we would like to make an urgent announcement to all readers of this blog! You can order from our online sales site.
There are only a few ingredients left in each of the newly introduced BBQ sets. This time, we introduce Frango (chicken) ♪
The M-size set contains two chicken thighs.
The photo is of the beautifully grilled meat, as I thought it would be a little too much to put raw meat on the page!
The homemade sauce is the same as Kibon's churrasco and also the kitchen car.
You can enjoy the original chicken prepared exactly the same way, grilled and freshly baked by yourself!
The grilling technique is similar to that of pork belly.
It's all about slow grilling over a long fire with well-woken up coals.
Grill from the skin side to avoid sticking to the net.
The image is to coat the net itself with fat while using the fat that has fallen off.
When the grill is done, return it to the pan. Basically, just repeat this process.
But here, too, there is a petite technique.
After browning, make a dish-like container out of aluminum foil and place it on it.
That way, you bake them while preventing them from burning.
You can even make a lid out of aluminum foil in order to get the fire going quickly.
If you put green onions or shiitake mushrooms on the side of the foil, you can even make a little snack soaked in the fat from the chicken.
In any case, chicken takes a long time to cook, so please start grilling aggressively in the first half of the BBQ.
Also, aluminum foil can be found at home centers and other places that sell super-thick foil for BBQ.
It is relatively expensive, but I recommend it because it is tough enough to burn yakisoba noodles!
Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa is waiting for you in a corner of Asakusa, an area full of the Edo period (1603-1867), with its famous meat dishes.
