キボンのキッチンカーは4月4日の東京ヴェルディのホームゲームが行われる味の素スタジアムに出店します。
本日の写真は当日に限定販売する牛肉の煮込み（カルネ ジ パネラ）弁当。
これ、いつもスタジアムでご利用いただいている皆様はご存じかと思いますが、『ブラジル・ビーフシチュー』という名で販売している弁当なのでこれだけだと新鮮味に欠けてしまいます。
そこで！ブラジルのソーセージ（シュラスコで使っているもの）を添えました。
MIX弁当やトッピングでお出ししているソーセージもブラジル産のものですが、今回のものはシュラスコ用の生リングイッサを弁当用に加熱処理してグリルしてあります。

なぜ、限定販売なのかと申しますと選手とのコラボ弁当なんですね。
その辺りの詳細は当日のレポートを兼ねながら改めてご報告させていただく事として、この限定弁当の特徴は牛肉の旨みが凝縮した煮込みとガッツリ味が濃いブラジリアンソーセージです！
