コレ、最近のスタジアム出店で大変ご好評をいただいている『カルネ ジ パネラ（牛肉の煮込み）』を真空包装した姿。
この料理は東京ヴェルディのマテウス選手とのコラボ弁当として味の素スタジアムにて販売、また不定期ではありますが平日の都内各所へ出没するキッチンカーでも扱っている人気商品です。

牛肉を大量に煮込むことによって生まれる濃い旨みと、その味が染み込んだ根菜類が特徴の自慢の煮込みはブラジルでも定番料理の1つです。

これを真空パック（99％以上！）して冷凍、からの解凍、加熱、試食。
こんな事を繰り返しております。
