ご提供まで15分いただくことを告げると、お近くにお住まいとの事で後ほど受け取りにいらっしゃるという流れになりました。

その時間は少ないながらもお食事のお客様のご利用もあり、シュハスケーラ（シュラスコ専用グリル）も絶好調で回っております。
赤味肉を肉塊から切り分けて串に刺し特製のガーリックオイルを塗り岩塩を振ってグリルがスタート！
回しながら上火でじっくりと焼き、下から立ち昇る炭の煙でステーキが燻されていきます。
そしてキッチリ15分後にお渡しのスタンバイが完了、お客様はホントの焼き立てシュラスコを手に帰宅されました。

焼き立てを自宅で食べれるのは近隣にお住まいの方が中心になってしまいますが、コレ、とても良いサービスだと思います！
ちなみに牛ガーリックステーキでした♪
