Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon Asakusa, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Asakusa, one of Tokyo's most popular sightseeing spots, a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the TX line.
We look forward to your mail order and take-out sales of our pre-cooked (except for some) churrasco food "Pre-Cosied Set"!
While a state of emergency has been declared, Kibon Asakusa is operating as usual, following the rules and taking proper infection control measures.
Please note that alcoholic beverages will not be served during the event.

キボンではお店で仕込んだ本格的なBBQ食材をオンラインで販売しております。
このサービスはもうずいぶん前から人知れず行っておりました。
一部の熱烈なリピーターの方に支えられて、の通販だったのですが今年の春にオンラインサイトをリニューアル！
本格的な稼働を目指して現在準備の真っ只中にあります。
（販売自体はずっと継続して行っております）

さて、今日の写真はシュラスコで人気のピッカーニャ（牛イチボ）をステーキ状にカットしたもの。
このピッカーニャは大きな牛ランプ肉の塊を捌いていく過程で取り出される部位なのですが、この部分が一般的なスーパーで販売されている所を僕は見たことがありません。
そういう意味ではシュラスコ屋ならではの商品と言えますね。

本来はもっと分厚くカットして串に刺し、専用のグリルでぐるぐる回しながら焼きます。
が、網で手軽に焼けるようにステーキほどの厚みに揃えて販売をしております。

今日はよく晴れて真夏のような一日でした。
BBQ好きの方はきっとウズウズしたことでしょう。
